About Us

Based in Singapore, CTR Holdings Limited (the “Group”) is a construction contractor specialising in structural engineering works and wet architectural works. Owing to our extensive expertise and experience in participating in projects of various nature, scales and complexity, our Group had been flexible in taking up different types of projects from both public and private sectors. Building and infrastructure projects our Group has been involved in include residential estates, MRT stations, office buildings, hospitals, data centres, semiconductor factory and mixed development projects. We believe listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong in 2020 will further enhance our business strengths and our reputation in the industry.

2006Chian Teck Development Pte. Ltd. was incorporated and commenced business in Singapore.
2009Chian Teck Realty Pte. Ltd. was incorporated and commenced business in Singapore.
2010We obtained the bizSAFE Level 3 certificate issued by the Workplace Safety and Health Council.
2012We were accredited the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 certificate issued by Certification International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for the provision of general building construction works
2013We were accredited the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 certificates issued by Certification International (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. for the provision of general building construction works.
2014We obtained the “Asia Top Outstanding Enterprise” award from Asia 1 Enrich, a media consultancy in Singapore.
2015We obtained the Singapore SME 1000 Company award from DP Information Group, a veteran information and credit bureau in Singapore.
We were awarded the contract for structural engineering works in respect of the building of MRT station.
2016We were awarded a contract with a total contract sum of over S$10 million for structural engineering works in respect of the building of MRT station.
2017The number of employees in our Group reached 300.
2018We obtained the SB(PC) Licence issued by the BCA.
The number of employees in our Group reached 450.
We were awarded a contract with a total contract sum of over S$20 million for structural engineering works in respect of the building of health campus.
2019We were awarded a contract for structural engineering works in respect of an industrial project with an estimated total contract sum of over S$30 million.
2020CTR Holdings Limited (Stock Code:1416) successfully listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
